For US, Europe, and other international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees applied by local authorities.

If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

 

Damaged items should be reported immediately with photos to help us resolve the issue.
