We accept returns within [30 days] of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Visibly worn or damaged products
If you received a defective or damaged item, we’ll gladly exchange it. Please contact us within [7 days] of receiving your order.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of your refund or exchange status.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
